ingredience for 4 persons:
- 4 kohlrabi
- 2 carots
- 1 parsnip
- 2 small onions
- 1 hand full pies
- 2 cups of vegetable soup
- sun flower oil, herb salt, black pepper
- 1 cup cress for decoration
Peel the kohlrabi, scoop it out and cook it in with herb salt seasoned water for 15 - 20 minutes. Cut the the scooped pieces of the kohlrabi in small pieces.
Wash, peel and cut carotts and parsnip in small pieces.
Peel the peas. Peel the onions, cut in cubes and roast it lightly in oil. Add the small cutted vegetable and peas and steam it. Add the vegetable soup ans season it with herbs.
Take the kohlrabi out off the boiling water, let it drain and stuff it with the mixture of vegetable and decorate it with cress.
