Goulash of chanterelles
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 500 g cleaned and tried chanterelles
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cloves of garlic (fine cutted)
- 1 pinch marjoram
- 1 tablespoon caraway (grounded)
- 1 tablespoon grounded paprika
- 1/8 l white wine (dry)
- 250 ml creme fraiche
Sauté onions in oil, add the chanterelles and roast it.
Add paprika, marjoram, garlic and caraway to it. Afterwards add the white wine to the roast. Cook the chanterelles short and then add Creme Fraiche. Prepare a small amount of cornstarch in cold water and then add it to thicken your goulash as you wish.
We recommend dumplings with it.
