Fasting cookies

Ingredience for 2 baking trays:
  • 250g spelt flour
  • 4 tb cold pressed olive oil or sunflower oil
  • herb salt
  • sesame, flaxseed, grated pumpkin seeds, caraway


Preheat the over to 200°C. Mix spelt flour with 8tb water, Oil and a pinch of herb salt and knead the dough thoroughly. The dough should be soft (not very hard). You probably need to ad some more water and oil.


Put baking paper on the baking tray. Roll out the dough very thin and cut it in small squares. You can also use cookie cutter. Put the squares on the tray and apply water on it. Now put seeds on it.


Put the tray in the oven for 15 minutes until the cookies are light brown.
